Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations; hire, counsel and train employees; ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and safety program.; Provides training and emphasizes CHAMPS and the Taco Bell LAST system.; Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive atmosphere among employees and customers.; Maintain inventory control procedures and ensure adequate staffing.; Report equipment and facilities repair needs to the Maintenance Department.
