Personal Care Assistant

Schedule: Sulphur Springs - 6 hours/week - $17/hr

Monday and Thursday

8:00am-9:00am

Saturday and Sunday

8:00am-9:00am

5:30pm-6:30pm

Schedules listed are the preferred schedules. Some clients may allow minor adjustments; others cannot.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Verifiable personal care assist caregiver experience - Two professional references/One personal reference
• Reliable transportation & current auto insurance
• Ability to pass background, EMR, and drug screenings
• Transfer equipment experience with Hoyer lift
