Job Summary: As the Patient Account Specialist, you serve as an ambassador for patients who call withquestions regarding their billing statement. You will resolve any issues to ensure patients have a positive experience. You will verify insurance benefits as needed and identify enrollment issues and look at available coverage. In this role you will identify deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, co-payments and other payor-driven items.
