Scrum Master - Remote - Long term contract

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our Engineering Portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be a personable and technical leader, responsible for overseeing large, complex projects. You will collaborate with Technical Directors, Program Managers, and other technical leaders to drive the capture of business requirements, development, launch, and post-launch activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Serving as a subject matter expert in all functional areas of the project during TEMs and meetings.
• Evaluating project status, team capacity, and impact on schedules.
• Analyzing system performance and recommending corrective and preemptive actions.
• Designing and implementing solutions to reported or discovered problems.
• Delivering high-quality solutions focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
• Participating in triage meetings to share knowledge with project leads and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with multi-environment deployments.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
• Experience supporting AI/ML/Data Science projects is a plus.
