The Business Consultant provides expertise in tailored, strategic, and critical work to help design, launch, and execute programs that support initiatives in the changing healthcare environment.
The Business Consultant will support the Cost of Care team, lever owners and segment leadership to meet the annual cost savings targets. This position will be responsible for generating and manipulating data/reporting (claims, billing, utilization) for CoC insights and opportunities. Experience in utilizing healthcare data systems and data visualization tools will be a main part of this Business Consultants position as well as working with data & analytics teams within the organization.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 5 years experience in business development, operational technology support, general business operations and/or consulting experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Salary Range: $88,776 - $176,319
