We are seeking a visionary Artificial Intelligence Architect to spearhead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies across our organization. This role focuses on driving efficiency, innovation, and automation by implementing AI agents, AI products, and customized solutions tailored to our departments unique needs. As the AI Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, design scalable solutions, and oversee their successful deployment.

Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy Development: Define and lead the organizations AI strategy to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration with Departments: Partner with department leaders to understand workflows, processes, and pain points, and identify AI-driven solutions to address them.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing agents, and intelligent automation tools.
• Integration with Existing Systems: Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies with current IT systems and platforms, help evaluate and implement AI modules of various systems and off-the-shelf solutions.
• Training & Enablement: Develop training programs to empower employees to leverage AI tools effectively.
• Innovation Leadership: Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools, recommending their adoption to maintain a competitive edge.
• Governance, Security & Ethics: Establish AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, data security, data privacy laws, and company policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and ROI of AI implementations, fine-tuning models and strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing effective business processes and AI/ML solutions in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, machine learning frameworks, AI tools, and technologies.
• Expertise in business processes (marketing, sales, support, etc.), data integration, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with AI governance and ethical AI practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Metrics-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying conversational AI agents (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants).
• Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) as well as Sales and Marketing tools and their automation options (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment.
• Certification in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist, Google AI Engineer).
