The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our warehouse facility's efficient operation. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

A successful candidate must be able to:

• Routinely stack and unstack products.
• Lift 50-100 repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ensure that all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
• Work in an organized, time-efficient, safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials, such as boxes, tape, and labels. Notify supervisors when supplies are low and need to be replenished.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products in appropriate locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization.
• All other duties as assigned.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Attention to detail, willing attitude, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Capable of consistently working a 40-hour work week.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy, while not required, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines

Physical Requirements:

• This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 100+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
