We are seeking a driven and experienced Specialty Project Manager to lead and oversee the startup of our new mines with construction, commissioning of crushing equipment and site infrastructure as well as overseeing our mobile crushing operations across multiple sites at a later time.. This individual will be instrumental in managing daily operations, upholding safety and environmental compliance, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a high-performing team that reflects SRM's commitment to excellence and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage and assist in the start of Greenfield Mines
• Manage all mobile crushing operations with a dedicated focus on safety, equipment performance, material quality, and environmental compliance.
• Travel regularly between job sites to supervise crushing operations, support crews, and coordinate equipment logistics as needed.
• Develop and execute strategic goals and operational plans that align with SRM's mission, promoting a culture centered on safety, performance, and teamwork.
• Lead the setup, relocation, and operation of mobile crushing plants across designated sites, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, proactively addressing mechanical issues to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Implement and maintain strict cost control practices while ensuring high production standards and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of operators and maintenance personnel, providing ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for inspections, safety reports, production logs, and compliance-related filings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, contractors, and site leadership to ensure streamlined communication and operational coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [5-7] years of hands-on experience managing mobile crushing operations in the construction materials or mining industry.
• Strong understanding of crushing and screening systems, loaders, excavators, conveyors, and related mobile equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing field crews and mobile production teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (MSHA/OSHA), environmental standards, and best practices in aggregate operations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate maintenance, and drive productivity in mobile plant environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with diagnostic equipment and production tracking tools.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and extended hours as needed to support production schedules.
