Salary Range: (Based Heavily on YEO): $92,664 to $139,006 Annually

The Director of Emergency Services – Pediatrics is a senior healthcare leader responsible for overseeing the strategic, clinical, and operational management of pediatric emergency care within a hospital or healthcare system. This role ensures high-quality, family-centered care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Looking for 3+ years of Recent Acute Care Pediatric ED Manager experience·
• BSN Required

• 10 beds, no trauma status

• No managers – just CNCs
