Overview:

The Events & Execution Area Manager is responsible for overseeing all execution details for Group Sales and Sponsorship events. This role ensures flawless event execution to meet revenue goals, acting as a liaison among clients, sales staff, and park stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service, foster client loyalty, and generate referrals. The position also supports brand marketing and sponsorship teams with in-park activations and workflows.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive communication and coordination among clients, sales, and park teams for Group Sales events, ensuring arrangements exceed expectations.
2. Manage day-of event execution, supervise support teams, and resolve client issues promptly.
3. Own and supervise work planning, standards, activity coordination, and participate in performance management.
4. Manage budgets related to labor and expenses as assigned.
5. Collaborate with sales staff to ensure accuracy in event details, billing, and data entry.
6. Support the development of event collateral with the Corporate Sales Shared Services team.
7. Lead in-park sponsorship execution to ensure alignment with agreements.
8. Maintain clear communication as the central point between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
9. Travel between parks may be required to support events.

Qualifications:

1. Required: High School diploma/GED.
2. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales, Hospitality, or related fields.
3. Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
4. Proficiency in business software, multitasking, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Preferred: Knowledge of ticketing systems, CRM, CVENT, entertainment platforms.
6. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Travel required.
