Description
This position assists in facility reservations and park operations on a part time basis.

Job Responsibilities
The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary.

Assists in the supervision and scheduling of Rental Permit Ambassadors.

Cleans park restrooms.

Assists rental permit supervisor in facility reservations, scheduling facility tours, and training part time park ambassadors.

Returns customer calls and inquiries regarding facility availability and rental rates.

Posts rental signs at outdoor facility locations.

Prepares facilities for reservations including cleaning, setting up tables and chairs, gathering needed supplies and equipment, and performing pre and post facility inspection with renters.

Inspects facilities and reports any issues using the work order system.

Oversees evening and weekend facility reservations and service as park ambassador in the absence of staff.

Responsible for inventory of cleaning supplies and restocking facility supplies.

Assists park patrons with reservations.

Able to report regularly for work and be on time.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Requires six months of experience operating small engine equipment or closely related experience.
Special Certifications and Licenses:

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
