What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and create personalized campaigns.
  • Implement multi-channel ABM campaigns, leveraging email, social media, paid ads, and content.
  • Continuously enhance the website to maximize lead generation and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create optimized landing pages for campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements for conversion rate optimization.
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, display advertising, and social media in partnership with digital agencies.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experiment with new channels and tactics to expand reach and improve performance.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Day-to-Day:
  • Work closely with sales teams to align on goals and target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to create engaging content and assets.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and report campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in demand generation and ABM strategies.


Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, focusing on ABM and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing content strategies aligned with demand generation goals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Expertise in website optimization techniques and A/B testing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure success and optimize campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with targeting technical audiences such as IT leaders or developers.
  • Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
