This role will be a part time position supporting the Partner Strategy Lead for Energy & Resources. This person will help in two main areas. First, they will manage partner data - tracking performance metrics, building reports, and collecting information from a variety of databases and individual people. Second, they will coordinate regular partner governance meetings, serving in an administrative/coordinator role.

Skills needed

• Organizational / Coordination skills
• Data Analytics - advanced skills in PowerBI, excel, and SharePoint
• Productivity - Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time

• Track and analyze partner revenue data from various internal databases, providing monthly reports that show how we are progressing with all key energy partners
• Track and analyze partner pipeline, allowing Partner team to ensure traction from IAs / field on all key opportunities
• Manage the Energy Partner Dashboard (PowerBI)
• Add and remove partners and solutions
• Perform updates and enhancements to the dashboard

• Coordinate partner governance meetings
• Manage meeting attendees, scheduling, briefings docs, meeting notes, action items for ~20 partners
